AC Service
Full cooling system diagnostic, coil cleaning, and shroud inspection to ensure peak performance for Michigan summers. From $190 for the first unit, $90 for each additional unit.
Tank Cleaning
Deep hydro-jetting for black and gray tanks. Removes stubborn sensor buildup and odors for accurate readings. $250 for 2 tanks, $75 for each additional tank.
Roof Inspection & Seal
Preventative seal maintenance. We check all seams and joints, providing spot resealing to stop water damage before it starts. $100 while on site, includes 1 tube of sealant; major repairs quoted separately.
Winterize
Winterize your RV’s fresh water system, including sinks, toilet, and showers. Drain water heater, remove rod/plug and pull battery for storage. $225 for standard winterization, plus $75 each for ice maker, dishwasher, or washing machine.
De-Winterize
Get road-ready with a full system flush, fresh water sanitization, and comprehensive leak check. Fill and flush water heater and clean bugs/nest from appliance vents. Verify slide operation, electrical system and safety items. $150 when scheduled with winterization, or $200 as a standalone visit.
Spring Special
Our most popular seasonal startup. Includes De-Winterize and a full Roof Inspection to start your season right. $400 — includes de-winterize, AC tune-up for 1 unit, LP safety check, and roof seal inspection (1 tube).
Rescue (Slides & Leveling)
Emergency technical rescue for stuck slides or malfunctioning leveling legs. We diagnose the mechanical or electronic failure to get you mobile or stable. Most common rescue issues are resolved within about 30 minutes of arrival. $400 prepaid per rescue visit.
